Jack Wolfskin Limited Lifetime Warranty

Jack Wolfskin US offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for all our apparel products. All equipment has a limited two-year guarantee and footwear a limited one year guarantee.

Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Products should be returned to us for evaluation. Items deemed to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired whenever possible. We will first attempt to repair your product. If a repair is not possible, or not cost effective, then replacement will be considered. Products that are out of stock or discontinued will be replaced with the closest equivalent. Repairs are made in order to restore an item to the original functionality and may not result in a factory appearance. Original products that are replaced through warranty will not be returned.
