Social report: our advancements and challenges
Our social report shows our advancements and challenges in implementing the social standards. As a member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), we publish a comprehensive social report once a year, in which we outline our activities with regards to more humane, fair and safer working conditions. We present our advancements—and also relay the challenges that we have to overcome in our global supply chain.
Social engagement at our headquarters
We support the Vitos services for the disabled in Idstein. The Vitos services for the disabled enables children suffering with learning and mental difficulties from the age of six to live in small residential groups. There, they are individually supported by trained caregivers and therapists in their personal development as well as in their abilities and talents.
Social Responsibility
Safe and fair working conditions at the production sites of our suppliers are a fundamental requirement for any business relationship. All manufacturers have committed to complying with our Code of Conduct. We help them meet this commitment—and we have already achieved a great deal together.
Social Engagement
Our Fair Wear Foundation membership
We are working together with the Fair Wear Foundation for improved working conditions. The Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) is an independent, not-for-profit organization that is engaged in improving the working conditions in the textile and apparel industry on a wide scale. We work closely with our production partners and monitor our suppliers by carrying out independent audits. Based on the results of these audits, we support our partners with individual measures, in order to drive consistent development.
Code of conduct for fair and safe working conditions
The compliance to our requirements is regularly monitored by independent inspectors. We do not operate any of our own factories. Our products are manufactured by our partners, mainly based in Asia and some in Europe. Therefore we feel all the more responsible for ensuring that all those who work for us do so according to uniform and fair legal labor standards.

FOR OUR EMPLOYEES
Workplace health management
The health and work-life balance of our employees is close to our hearts. It is important to us that we not only promote the professional competence of our employees, but also help them to maintain or even improve their health. We do this in many different ways. We place particularly high value on sporting activities as a team as part of our health management. Our activity highlights include outdoor events such as climbing, hiking and skiing.
